Searching by postcode
The initial search mapping includes RH12–RH13. A postcode district may cover several settlements. Mapped districts help you find a contact; they do not confirm that a contractor accepts every property.
Plan the visit
Give the contractor your full postcode, tank type and the reason for calling. Explain narrow gates, parking restrictions or a long distance between the tank and safe tanker parking. Do not move covers or enter the tank to collect information.
Check what is included
Ask whether the quote is for emptying, an inspection or repairs. Confirm volume allowances, disposal, VAT and any return-visit charge. If this is a purchase survey, agree the report contents and timing with the contractor and your adviser.
