Regular or one off emptying of septic tanks, cesspits, cesspools, sewage treatment plants and commercial public toilets, with waste disposed of under a waste management licence. Installation, repair and servicing are offered through business partners rather than its own team, so ask who would do that work.

Who it suits
Suits properties down narrow lanes on Dartmoor, in the South Hams and around Totnes, and holiday lets that need regular empties. For repairs, expect it to refer you to a partner.
Questions to ask before you book
- What size of truck will you send down my lane?
- Can you set a regular emptying date for a holiday let?
- Who are the partners who carry out repairs and installs?
- Do you empty treatment plants without removing all the liquid?
