Services and equipment
Euroloo empties septic tanks, Klargester units and cesspits for homes and businesses, on a routine, scheduled or emergency basis, and says it can often empty on the same day. You do not need to be at home if the tank can be reached. The driver decides on access on the day, and the site warns that wet or soft grass can stop a tanker getting close.
Where Euroloo works
Ipswich is among the areas Euroloo lists, but no Suffolk depot is shown, so a Suffolk job is likely to come from Chelmsford.

Prices, call-outs and opening hours
No prices are published. Euroloo advises emptying once a year. Ask whether a scheduled yearly empty is cheaper than booking each time.
Who it suits
Euroloo suits owners who want a quick, simple empty and do not need to be home, especially where the tank is easy to reach from a hard surface. If your tank is across a lawn or field that gets soft in winter, tell them in advance, since the driver can refuse access on the day. A local family firm such as Greenwoods may be more flexible.
Questions to ask before you book
- Which depot will send the tanker to my postcode?
- What happens if the driver cannot reach the tank on wet ground?
- Is a yearly scheduled empty cheaper than a one-off?
