Before you send a message
We cannot book a tanker, give a price or send an engineer. If your tank needs emptying or a fault looked at, find a contractor and call them directly. Every listing shows the firm's own phone number.
If sewage is reaching a stream, ditch, garden or neighbour's land, do not wait for us. Keep people and pets away, stop using water where you can, call a contractor and use the GOV.UK incident reporting page to find the right hotline for your nation.
Corrections and removals
Tell us which listing is wrong and what it should say. A link to the page on the contractor's website that shows the correct detail helps us change it faster. We check the change before it goes live, and we update the review date on the profile when we do.
Claiming a listing
If you run a listed firm, choose "Claim a business profile" and use an email address on your company domain if you have one. Once we confirm you are connected to the business, you can send a logo or photos that you own, correct your coverage and add services. Claiming is free.
Suggesting an area
We add a location page only when we can list at least three firms that name that place. Tell us the town and, if you know one, a contractor that works there.
